Orders are typically processed within:

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy launch periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the expected timeframe

Incorrect Delivery Information

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Parcels left in safe places requested by the customer

If your parcel appears lost, we will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Arō is a natural beverage product and should be stored in a cool, dry place.

During periods of hot weather, we recommend bringing parcels indoors as soon as possible after delivery.
