Returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we are unable to accept returns of opened drinks, tasting packs, or consumable items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please keep the original packaging where possible, as we may request photographs for courier claims.
Changed Your Mind
Under UK consumer regulations, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, for health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed beverage products.
To qualify for a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
If you subscribe to regular deliveries of Arō, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled once shipped.
